You understand and agree that all Site services are provided ‘as is’ without any warranties whatsoever.

Orders will be processed as soon as possible, please note we are unable to guarantee next day services for small orders.

Under no circumstances is Microquiz Ltd responsible for:

• Misprints, grammar mistakes, lack of information or other defects that can be found at this Site.
• Any idle periods, failures or delays of the Site operation.
• Users login information protection.
• Possible loss or damage to the users' data.
• Any consequences of using any information obtained from the Site.
• Using of the information that is published at the Site, by the third parties.
• Site unavailability by any reason.
• Any loss or damage to users' computers or information caused by using the Site.
• Accuracy, integrity and quality of the content uploaded by the users.
• Content and reliability of the materials created at the Site by the users.
• Content and realiability of the third-party adverising materials published at the Site and for the quality of the advertised products and services.
• Quality of the products, services, materials, and information bought at or obtained through the Site, and their possible inadequacy for the accepted standards and users' expectations.
• Any direct or indirect damage, loss of profits, even if it is the result of use or inability to use the Site.

User registration

You must notify Kodak Imaging Network immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or if you believe that your password is no longer confidential. We reserve the right to require you to alter your password if we believe that your password is no longer secure.

You understand and agree that all materials and information that you post to the Gallery of the Site will be available for browsing and other use by other Site visitors.

You understand and agree that all materials and information that you share with other registered users of the Site will be available for browsing and other use by these Site users.

You are responsible for all of the images you upload, share or copy using the Site. You must either own all right, title and interest in and to the copyrights in the images or have express permission from the copyright owner to copy and use such images for all purposes related to the Site, and the images may not violate or infringe upon the rights (including other intellectual property rights, privacy, moral or publicity rights) of others.

You agree not to post materials that:

• Violate British or International law.
• Are illegal; infringe any copyright, trade mark, patent or other intellectual property right or any moral right of any party; obscene, offensive, blasphemous, abusive, harmful or otherwise objectionable.
• Harm minors in any way.

You are the owner of the photographic materal sent to us.  We will need to store your order, but will not reproduce any of your material without you granting permission.

You agree that the Site reserves to itself the right to discontinue without any preliminary notice the validity of your account and password and remove any material at any reason, including the fact of non-using your account for six calendar months and/or if you violate these Terms of Use.
